Qualifications

Evan holds undergraduate degrees in Arts and Psychology, a Masters degree in Education from Trinity College Dublin and an MPhil in Writing from the University of South Wales. Among his awards, he received the J.N. Oliver trophy for outstanding academic achievement from the University of Limerick.

Experience 

With 20 years’ teaching experience, Evan has taught a variety of subjects and courses to learners at every level of the Irish system: Primary, Secondary, Third level and Adult Education, including Prison Education. He has worked as a volunteer with Fighting Words, Dublin and on the recent Dublin in the Coming Times citywide programme of creative writing.
